Recommended Travel Resources

I'd composed what I thought was a good photo of three horse riders on the black sand beach of Reynisfjara near Vik in south eastern Iceland. Just as I was about to make the photo one of the riders brought out the selfie stick, which changed the narrative and enhanced the story being told.

My first overseas adventure was way back in 1988 when I traveled for 3 ½ months to China, Tibet, Nepal, India and Thailand.

Over the years I’ve traveled to around 30 countries, some of them on numerous occasions.

Along the way I’ve learned how essential it is to have great travel resources.

These days we’re spoiled with options, but that can also result in paralysis by analysis when it comes to making a decison.

I’ve created this resource to help you make decisions in a more confident and stress free manner.

If you have any questions or think I should add a new resource please feel free to email me.

After making the arduous climb up the hill overlooking Paradise Harbour in Antarctica, it's an absolute thrill to slide down, in a fraction of the time.
