Announcing Updated Iceland Photography Collection

Steam, venting from the black earth at sunrise, makes for a dramatic and eerie view of the Leirhnjukur Lava Fields near Myvatn in Northern Iceland.

I’m very happy to announce a significant update to my Iceland Photography Collection. The collection now includes sixty photos, with more to come. In addition to adding new, previously unpublished photos, many others have been reprocessed as part of my ongoing commitment to provide the best possible experience for visitors to this site.

It’s Only One Click Away

Some of the incredible sites explored in this collection include the following:

  • Gullfoss Waterfall
  • Dettifoss Waterfall
  • Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon
  • Highlands of Iceland
  • Latrabjarg Sea Cliffs
  • Myvatn Volcanic Region

As well as amazing landscape locations the collection has allowed me to explore my love of color and light. This particularly photography collection is full of colorful and evocative images.

Those who prefer the more quiet, often nostalgic world represented in a well crafted black and white image will be pleased by a number of black and white landscape and architectural photos.

I’ve written many times about my experiences photographing Iceland and how I plan to return again for a more extended photography expedition. It truly is an amazing country and, during the long days of summer, it’s a magnificent place for the enthusiastic landscape photographer. While I would love to return to photograph the Aurora Borealis, memories of the almost endless light of an Icelandic summer will likely make a mid year return imminent. And it seems unlikely I'II travel so far without exploring my latest photography obsession, the Faroe Islands.

I hope you enjoy my newly updated Iceland Photography Collection. There’s an enormous amount of work invested in these photos, and many wonderful experiences which I’m happy to share with you. If you love what you see, please take a moment to spread the word by clicking on one or more of the social media icons listed below.
