Landscape Photography Tour to Iceland 2015

Cool blue light marking the transition between day and night on and around the beautiful Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon in Iceland.

Happy New Year

2014 was a momentous year for me, with many changes. In particular my association as one of the Inception Masters at Trey Ratcliff’s Arcanum has kept me extremely busy. It’s been great fun and, under the care of Trey and his partners, our team of Masters, Moderators and Apprentices are building are really unique learning experience for photographers.

During 2015 my role at the Arcanum is likely to grow together with a number of ventures I’ve been planning for some time.

The first few interviews for my podcast have been recorded and you can expect to be able to access it soon. I’m just working through what I believe will be the right mix between video and audio content.

I have a number of new eBooks in the works. They’ll become available towards the end of the first quarter.

Iceland Photography Tour 2015

I’m heavily into the planning stages of a small group guided photography tour to Iceland. The tour will likely run for a week from around the beginning of July 2015. It will be a week or two before I have all the details finalized, but I’II include an expression of interest contact form below. Don't worry it's private. No one but you and I will see your message or personal details.

The above photo was made at the spectacular Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon on the southern coast of Iceland. Part of our tour will include an extended exploration on the waters of the lagoon by zodiac. It’s a blast, particularly for the enthusiastic photographer. The light, surrounding landscape and stunning icebergs provide a somewhat surreal experience and many unique photography opportunities.

I’II post full details of the tour within the next 2 weeks, but I’II be sure to keep the fire burning by posting lots of photos from spectacular Iceland over coming days.
